Authorized charter school definition

Authorized charter school means an open-enrollment charter school that holds a charter granted under Subchapter D, Chapter 12, and includes an open-enrollment charter school designated as a charter district as provided by Section 12.135.
Authorized charter school means a public charter district [an open-enrollment charter school] that holds a charter granted under Chapter 11A [Subchapter D, Chapter 12].
