Authorized Delivery definition

Authorized Delivery. Means” does not include any means of Viral Distribution.
Authorized Delivery means delivery via (i) the open Internet on a streaming and/or progressive download basis and (ii) mobile cellular networks on a streaming basis.

Authorized Delivery means the streamed Encrypted delivery of digital electronic audio-visual programming by coaxial and fiber optic cable only, using MPEG compression, over Authorized Systems to an Approved Set-Top Box connected to a television receiver. For the avoidance of doubt, “cable” does not include telephone wires, DSL, ADSL or the Internet. For purposes of PPV delivery only, Authorized Delivery shall further include the streamed Encrypted delivery of digital electronic audio-visual programming by DTH satellite using MPEG compression, over Authorized Systems to an Approved Set-Top Box connected to a television receiver.
