Authorized Delivery Means definition

Authorized Delivery Means means the Encrypted delivery via Streaming of audio-visual content over the public, free to the consumer (other than a common carrier/ISP charge) global network of interconnected networks (including the so-called Internet, Internet2 and World Wide Web) using technology currently known as Internet Protocol (“IP”), whether transmitted over cable, DTH, FTTH, ADSL/DSL, broadband over power lines or other means (“Internet”). For the avoidance of doubt, “Authorized Delivery Means” shall not include delivery over any so-called “walled garden” or closed ADSL/DSL, cable or FTTH service or other subscriber-based system or service. “Authorized Delivery Means” does not include any means of Viral Distribution.

Authorized Delivery Means means the delivery of Encrypted audio-visual programming via Streaming: (a) over the public, free to the consumer (other than a common carrier/ISP charge) global network of interconnected networks (including the so-called Internet, Internet2 and World Wide Web), using technology that is currently known as Internet Protocol (“IP”), whether transmitted over cable, DTH, FTTH, ADSL/DSL, broadband over power lines or other means (the “Internet”) to Approved Devices, and (b) over cellular wireless networks integrated through the use of 2G (GSM, CDMA), 3G (UMTS, CDMA-2000), 4G (LTE, WiMAX), or any additional protocols, or successor or similar technology as may be agreed in writing from time to time to Approved Mobile Devices. For the avoidance of doubt, “Authorized Delivery Means” shall not include delivery over any so-called “walled garden” and shall not include any means of Viral Distribution.
