Authorized Overrun Gas definition

Authorized Overrun Gas means those volumes of Gas nominated and confirmed for transportation by Shipper on any Day in excess of its currently effective MDQ, to the extent such Gas is scheduled under Section 6 of these General Terms and Conditions.
Authorized Overrun Gas means those volumes of Gas nominated and confirmed for transportation by Xxxxxxx on any Day in excess of its currently effective MDQ, to the extent such Gas is scheduled under Section 6 of these General Terms and Conditions.
Authorized Overrun Gas means those volumes of Gas nominated and confirmed for transportation by Shipper on any Day in excess of its currently effective MDQ for Shipper’s Rate Schedule FTS and/or Rate Schedule PALS Agreements, to the extent such Gas is scheduled under Section 6 of these General Terms and Conditions.

Examples of Authorized Overrun Gas in a sentence

  • If an Applicant requests permission to exceed the Authorized Volume for a day, and such authorization is granted, such gas shall constitute Authorized Overrun Gas.

  • If such emergency service is authorized by the Company, gas used in excess of such curtailment shall be billed at an increased charge of $7.50 per Mcf of Authorized Overrun Gas taken by the Customer.

  • The preceding paragraph notwithstanding, during periods of general curtailment of interruptible gas service the Company may authorize the Customer's use of gas in excess of such curtailment ("Authorized Overrun Gas") if, in the opinion of the Company, Customer has a legitimate emergency and the Company's gas supply and facilities are sufficient to assure service to all firm gas service Customers.

  • Wind-Down Budget means a budget to be prepared by the Debtors, and reasonably acceptable to the Deerfield Requisite Supporting Noteholders, the Unaffiliated Requisite Supporting Noteholders, and the Committee, which shall be filed with the Court as part of the Plan Supplement, and which may be amended from time to time after entry of the Confirmation Order, subject to the consent of the Oversight Committee, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, and which shall estimate the funds necessary to administer the Plan and wind down the Debtors’ affairs, including the costs of holding and liquidating the Estates’ remaining property, objecting to Claims, making the Distributions required by the Plan, prosecuting claims and Causes of Action that may be held by the Estates against third parties that are not released, waived or transferred pursuant to the Plan (including pursuant to Article X) or otherwise, paying Taxes, filing Tax returns, paying professionals’ fees and expenses, paying the fees and expenses of the Oversight Committee, funding payroll and other employee costs, providing for the purchase of errors and omissions insurance and/or other forms of indemnification for the Plan Administrator, and for all such items and other costs of administering the Plan, the Estates and the Liquidating Debtors (other than the Administrative and Priority Claims Reserve, the Disputed Claims Reserve, and the Professional Fee Reserve).

  • Unauthorized Gas means (a) the quantity of gas taken by Customer exceeding the amount which is permitted during a Period of Interruption or (b) the difference (whether positive or negative) between the quantity of gas taken by Customer and the volumes provided for under an Operational Flow Order.

  • Representative of a prospective contractor means an officer or director of a corporation, a member or manager of a limited liability corporation, a partner of a partnership or a trustee of a trust of the prospective contractor.

  • Authorized Borrower Representative means a person at the time designated and authorized to act on behalf of the Borrower by a written certificate furnished to the Governmental Lender, the Funding Lender, the Fiscal Agent and the Servicer and containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Borrower by its Borrower Controlling Entity which certificate may designate one or more alternates.

  • Contract Amendment means a written document signed by the Procurement Officer that is issued for the purpose of making changes in the Contract.
