Authorized Pilot definition

Authorized Pilot means a person who has a current, valid Pilotage Certificate issued by the Principal Shipping Officer certifying that the person is competent to provide pilotage services for a specified pilotage area.
Authorized Pilot means a pilot employed or authorized by a competent Authority to pilot vessels;
Authorized Pilot means any person employed or authorized by the Authority to pilot vessels under Article 48
