Authorized Servers definition

Authorized Servers means the number of Licensee’s servers on which the Software may be installed as specified in the applicable Sales Order. For purposes of this Agreement, each Authorized Server shall be licensed for a specific number of Rows or Cores as specified on the applicable Sales Order.

More Definitions of Authorized Servers

Authorized Servers means the number of servers that may be monitored by Fudo Enterprise under this Agreement and for whom CUSTOMER purchased a Subscription License or Perpetual License, as applicable. Authorized Servers are limited to CUSTOMER’s or its Affiliate’s servers.
