Authorized Servers definition

Authorized Servers means the number of Licensee’s servers on which the Software may be installed as specified in the applicable Sales Order. For purposes of this Agreement, each Authorized Server shall be licensed for a specific number of Rows or Cores as specified on the applicable Sales Order.
Authorized Servers means the content delivery servers located in the Territory (and/or other regions authorized by Fox in writing hereunder, including by email) that are owned and controlled by Licensee (or by an Authorized Vendor on behalf of Licensee).

Examples of Authorized Servers in a sentence

  • Licensee may use the Software during the evaluation period for internal operations, on up to two Authorized Servers, by the Authorized Users specified upon download of the Software.

  • OEM may use the Software during the evaluation period for internal operations, on up to two Authorized Servers, by the Authorized Users specified upon download of the Software.

  • As an exception, the Client is authorized to transfer, at its own risk, the LIDAR Software to a server and/or computer other than the Authorized Server(s) should an Authorized Server be momentarily disabled.

  • The Support Services provided may require Customer to grant Elastifile remote access to the Authorized Server(s) and Customer’s systems in order to allow Elastifile to provide such Support Services.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the License Agreement, Authorized Servers licensed under the Sales Order shall mean and be limited to servers deployed in the Environment and managed by Licensor.

  • Additional Authorized Servers and/or Authorized Users will incur pro-rated Subscription Fees and/or Support Fees for the remainder of the Subscription Period in which they are purchased.


More Definitions of Authorized Servers

Authorized Servers means the number of servers that may be monitored by Fudo Enterprise under this Agreement and for whom CUSTOMER purchased a Subscription License or Perpetual License, as applicable. Authorized Servers are limited to CUSTOMER’s or its Affiliate’s servers.
Authorized Servers means those servers or workstations set forth on Exhibit A.

Related to Authorized Servers

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Authorized Users means an individual or individuals with an authorized business requirement to access DSHS Confidential Information.
