Authorized Tenant Representative means the person designated to act on behalf of the Tenant as provided in Section 9 of this Bond Agreement.
Authorized Tenant Representative means the Manager of the Tenant, or such other person as is designated to act on behalf of the Tenant as evidenced by written certificate furnished to the Trustee, containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Tenant by its Manager or any Member of the Tenant.
