Authorized Third Parties definition

Authorized Third Parties means Your Users, Your Affiliates, Your third-party service providers, and each of their respective Users permitted to access and use the Cisco Technology on Your behalf as part of Your Entitlement.
Authorized Third Parties means Your Users, Your third-party service providers delivering information technology services to You, and each of their respective Users permitted to access and use the Products on Your behalf in accordance with this Agreement.
Authorized Third Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 2.0.a.2 below.

  • Service Provider agrees to provide the Services to Client in accordance with the terms of an Agreement and hereby grants to Client a non-exclusive and non-transferable (except as set forth in these Universal Terms and Conditions) right and license for Client, its Authorized Third Parties and their respective Authorized Users to access and use the System and Services and to create, upload, review and access Client Data through the Software and System, subject to the terms of an Agreement.

  • Furthermore, Medisolv hereby grants Client a non-exclusive and non-transferable (except as set forth in an Agreement) license for Client and its Authorized Third Parties to use and reproduce and install the client-side components of the Software (if any) for use of the System and Services.


More Definitions of Authorized Third Parties

Authorized Third Parties means any entity that is authorized by a Party or its Affiliates to exercise any legal rights or to perform any activities with respect to a Party’s products or services, including original equipment manufacturers, integrators, distributors, resellers, customers, partners, contractors, consultants, and users with such authorization, other than an SAP Entity or a Qualtrics Entity.
Authorized Third Parties means Drax Group Plc. and Alberta Innovates Corporation, and, subject to FCE obtaining the prior written consent of ExxonMobil, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed, the respective successors, assigns, joint venturers, partners and contractors of each of them.

Authorized Third Parties means the parties listed in Schedule "B" to whom the District has granted access rights to the Lands during the Term, and such other parties that the Lessee may consent to in accordance with Section 2.5.
