Authorized User Card definition

Authorized User Card means a Card issued to an Authorized User. “Balance” means the total amount of all Transactions, fees (including those set out in the Disclosure Statement), interest and other amounts payable under this Agreement, less any payments or other credits which have been posted to your Account.

Examples of Authorized User Card in a sentence

  • This includes PAPs charged to the Account before the Agreement is cancelled or after the Agreement ends, or charges by any Authorized User, or those that are made after an Authorized User Card has been cancelled, unless the merchant receives a written request from you to cancel the PAP before the PAP is charged to the Account.

  • An Authorized User may also instruct us to cancel their own Authorized User Card.

  • The Primary Cardholder can also tell us to cancel any Authorized User Card.

  • Authorized pharmacist means an Iowa-licensed pharmacist whose license is in good standing and who meets the drug therapy management criteria defined in this rule.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Customer Account Information means personally identifiable information including Personal Data and Consumption Data. Customer Account Information also includes information received by the Company from the customer for purposes of participating in regulated utility programs, including, but not limited to bill pay assistance, shutoff protection, renewable energy, demand-side management, load management, or energy efficiency.

  • Data Log means a complete record of all Data Interchanged representing the Messages and their Associated Data between the parties;

  • Access Card means an ATM card, debit card or credit card and includes our Visa Card

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement does not convey the automatic right to have Your BlackBerry Server Software hosted by a third party.   • Licensed User means an employee, contractor or agent of Client who is authorized by Client to access and use the Licensed Software, to whom a password and user ID has been issued by Client and whose access to the Licensed Software has not been terminated, suspended or surrendered.
