Authorizing Law definition

Authorizing Law means, collectively, (i) Article 4.5 of Chapter 3 of Part 1 ofDivision 2 of Title 5 of the Government Code of the State, as amended; (ii) applicable provisions of the California Education Code of the State, as amended; and (iii) Article XIIIA of the California Constitution.
Authorizing Law means Article 7.6, Chapter 4, Part 1, Division 2, Title 5 of the California Government Code.
