Automated services means those services delivered via an automated system (that is, without human interaction) (for example, flight plans, Notices to Air Missions [NOTAM], interactive maps, computer−generated text−to−speech messages, short message service, or email).

Automated services means any service we provide, now or in the future, that allows you to access your account, or future accounts, information or other services we provide, and allows you to provide instructions regarding your account or future accounts, by regular or automated telephone communications, interactive voice recognition, cellular, wireless or portable phone, mobile device, interactive device, fax machine, email, computer, video, intelligent terminal television, modem, Internet, online or other telecommunication or electronic communication system or other similar devices.
