Auxiliary Unit definition

Auxiliary Unit means a separate living unit to the main unit or standing alone, having no more than one bedroom and meant to be occupied by a person or persons taking care of the primary dwelling unit.
Auxiliary Unit means a building or part of a building used as a secondary residence not exceeding 50m² gross floor area with a maximum of one bedroom which is attached to or associated with a dwelling on the same lot.

Examples of Auxiliary Unit in a sentence

  • Regular employees in the Auxiliary Unit shall accrue hours of vacation with pay for each hour of compensation to a maximum of eighty (80) hours per biweekly work period according to the following schedule, commencing with the employee's hire date of during his/her latest period of District employment.

  • In addition, all employees in the Auxiliary Unit shall receive a boot voucher of $135.00 on the pay day closest to July 1st of each year.

  • On the pay day closest to December 1st of each year, employees in the Firefighter Unit shall receive an annual uniform maintenance allowance of $1,000, which includes replacement of Wildland and Station safety boots and all employees in the Auxiliary Unit shall receive an annual uniform maintenance allowance of $925.00.

  • After 10 years of continuous full-time employment in the District, as an Auxiliary Unit employee, employees shall receive one additional day for each year of service to a maximum of 25 days.

  • Auxiliary Unit: Fire Control Workers and Senior Fire Control Workers whose positions require the use of bilingual skills shall be allocated forbilingual premium pay at the I, II, or III level.

  • Effective December 1, 2006, employees in the Auxiliary Unit shall, by December 15, 2006 and each subsequent December 15, receive $925.00 for uniform maintenance allowance.

  • As of March 15, 2015, the total employee contribution for each employee who is not a “new member” as defined in Government Code section 7522.04(f) is as follows: (a.) for safety members of the Firefighter Unit 15.37% of compensation earnable, (b.) for Auxiliary Unit members 15.37% of compensation earnable and (c.) for non-safety members in the Firefighter Unit (rate 1) 5.89% on the first $161 of earnings per bi-week plus (rate 2) 7.3% of compensation earnable in excess of $161 per bi-week.
