Availability for Duty definition

Availability for Duty means that the Employee concerned shall be available to the Employer by means of telephone or pager at any time that Employee is rostered for such duty.
Availability for Duty. (On Call)” shall mean that the Employee concerned shall be available to the Employer by means of telephone at all times that Employee is rostered for such duty. Should an Employee fail to respond to a call within a fifteen-minute period whilst they are on Availability for Duty (On Call), unless in the event of extenuating circumstances, the Employee will not be eligible for the Allowance.
Availability for Duty means that the Employee shall be available to the Employer by means of telephone at any time that Employee is rostered for such duty. The Employee shall be at all times ready, willing and able to attend to any and all call-outs they may receive or be directed by the Company to attend. An Employee on-call or standing-by shall at all times be ready willing and able to drive a motor vehicle and hence shall not be under the influence of alcohol or under the influence of any other impairing drugs or substances.
