Local Network Operator definition

Local Network Operator means, for each of the Premises to be supplied under this contract, the company licensed as either an electricity distributor or gas transporter (as applicable) and that owns or operates the distribution network through which energy is delivered to your Premises.

  • At any time if there is a possibility that somebody’s life or safety is in danger, or if there is a possibility of damage to property, or if we or your Local Network Operator are entering your Premises under an Act of Parliament or any similar law relating to the delivery or Supply of energy.

Related to Local Network Operator

  • Network Operator means the network operator who operates the wireless network of networks to which the SIM Cards are connected.

  • Synchronous Optical Network (SONET means the optical interface standard that allows inter-networking of transmission products from multiple vendors. The base rate is 51.84 Mbps (“OC 1/STS 1”) and higher rates are direct multiples of the base rate, up to 13.22 Gbps.

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.

  • Network Resource shall have the meaning as provided in the NYISO OATT, for such resources located in New York, and the meaning as provided in the PJM OATT, for such resources located in PJM.

  • Transportation network company means a company or organization facilitating and/or providing transportation services using a computer or digital application or platform to connect or match passengers with drivers for compensation or a fee.

XOOM Energy is not an agent of your local utility and your utility will not be liable for any of XOOM Energy’s acts, omissions, or representations. Price: Your rate for gas purchases will be a fixed price of $0.6590 per therm, plus taxes and fees, if applicable, and a monthly administrative fee of $2.99. You will continue to be responsible for all charges assessed and billed by your local utility for all services it provides, including any other fees or taxes specifically associated with services it continues to provide during the term of this Agreement, including transportation charges payable for Core Aggregation Service.
