Available Investor Finance Charge Collections definition

Available Investor Finance Charge Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Floating Allocation of the Collections of Finance Charge Receivables allocated to the Investor Certificates and deposited in the Finance Charge Account for such Monthly Period (or to be deposited in the Finance Charge Account on the related Transfer Date with respect to the preceding Monthly Period pursuant to the third paragraph of subsection 4.3(a) and Section 2.8 of the Agreement and subsection 3(b) of this Series Supplement), excluding the portion of Collections of Finance Charge Receivables attributable to Servicer Interchange, (b) with respect to any Monthly Period during the Controlled Accumulation Period prior to the payment in full of the Investor Interest, the Principal Funding Investment Proceeds arising pursuant to subsection 4.13(b), if any, with respect to the related Transfer Date and (c) the Accumulation Period Reserve Draw Amount (up to the Available Accumulation Period Reserve Account Amount) plus any amounts of interest and earnings described in subsections 4.14(b), 4.14 (c) and 4.14(d) which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Transfer Date.
Available Investor Finance Charge Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) Investor Finance Charge Collections allocated to the Investor Interest with respect to such Monthly Period (excluding the portion of collections of Investor Finance Charge Collections attributable to Interchange that is allocable to Servicer Interchange), (b) Investor Principal Funding Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to the related Transfer Date and (c) amounts, if any, to be withdrawn from the Accumulation Period Reserve Account which are required to be included in Available Investor Finance Charge Collections pursuant to the Series 1999-__ Supplement with respect to such Transfer Date.
Available Investor Finance Charge Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Finance Charge Collections, (b) the Excess Finance Charge Collections allocated to series 2001-A (c) Principal Funding Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to the related Payment Date, and (d) amounts, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Collection Account on the related Payment Date to be treated as Available Investor Finance Charge Collections pursuant to subsections 4.10(b) and (d).

Examples of Available Investor Finance Charge Collections in a sentence

  • An amount equal to any Principal Funding Investment Shortfall shall be deposited in the Finance Charge Account on each Transfer Date from the Accumulation Period Reserve Account to the extent funds are available pursuant to subsection 4.14(d) and included as Available Investor Finance Charge Collections for such Transfer Date.

  • Any Excess Principal Funding Investment Proceeds shall be included as Available Investor Finance Charge Collections for such Transfer Date.

  • Investor Finance Charge Collections means, with respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (a) the product of (i) the Floating Allocation Percentage for the related Due Period and (ii) Allocable Finance Charge Collections deposited in the Collection Account for the related Due Period, minus (b) the aggregate amount of Servicer Interchange for the related Due Period.

  • Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections means that portion of Group I Investor Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 1997-1 pursuant to Section 4.10.

  • Available Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (b) the Series 2012-1 Excess Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (c) Principal Accumulation Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to the related Transfer Date, (d) interest and earnings on funds on deposit in the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Payment Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(a), and (e) amounts, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Transfer Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(c).

  • Excess Finance Charge Collections means collections of Finance Charge Receivables and certain other amounts allocable to the Certificateholders’ Interest of any Excess Allocation Series in excess of the amounts necessary to make required payments with respect to such series (including payments to the provider of any related Series Enhancement) that are payable out of collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Finance Charge Collections means Collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Available Investor Principal Collections means with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to (a) the Investor Principal Collections for such Monthly Period, minus (b) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections with respect to such Monthly Period which pursuant to Section 4.11 are required to fund the Class A Note Interest Requirement, the Class B Note Interest Requirement and the Net Investor Servicing Fee, plus (c) the amount of Shared Principal Collections with respect to other Series that are allocated to Series 2003-1 in accordance with subsection 4.12(b).

  • Available Principal Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) (i) an amount equal to the Principal Allocation Percentage of Series 2018-2 Allocable Principal Collections received during such Monthly Period minus (ii) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections with respect to such Monthly Period which pursuant to Section 4.08 are required to fund the Required Amount for the related Distribution Date, (b) any Shared Principal Collections with respect to other Series that are allocated to Series 2018-2 in accordance with Section 4.04 of the Agreement and Section 4.11 of this Supplement, and (c) any other amounts which pursuant to Section 4.05 or 4.07 of this Supplement are to be treated as Available Principal Collections with respect to the related Distribution Date.

  • Reallocated Principal Collections means, for any Transfer Date, Investor Principal Collections applied in accordance with Section 4.6 in an amount not to exceed the Monthly Principal Reallocation Amount for the related Monthly Period.

  • Investor Principal Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the aggregate amount retained in the Collection Account for Series 2007-A pursuant to Section 4.01(c)(ii) for such Monthly Period.

  • Finance Charge Receivables means Receivables created in respect of periodic finance charges, late fees, returned check fees and all other similar fees and charges billed or accrued and unpaid on an Account.

  • Principal Collections means Collections of Principal Receivables.

  • Interest Collections means, (i) with respect to any Loan Asset, all payments and collections attributable to interest on such Loan Asset, including, without limitation, all scheduled payments of interest and payments of interest relating to principal prepayments, all guaranty payments attributable to interest and proceeds of any liquidations, sales, dispositions or securitizations attributable to interest on such Loan Asset and (ii) amendment fees, late fees, waiver fees or other amounts received in respect of Loan Assets.

  • Investor Interest Collections means, for a Deposit Date or Collection Period, an amount equal to the product of (a) the Floating Investor Percentage for the related Collection Period, times (b) the Interest Collections for that Deposit Date or Collection Period, as applicable.

  • Available Collections means, for any Distribution Date, (i) all Obligor payments received with respect to the Receivables during the preceding Collection Period, (ii) all Liquidation Proceeds received with respect to the Receivables during the preceding Collection Period, (iii) all interest earned on funds on deposit in the Collection Account during the preceding Collection Period, (iv) the aggregate Purchase Amount deposited in the Collection Account on the preceding Distribution Date, (v) all prepayments received with respect to the Receivables during the preceding Collection Period attributable to any refunded item included in the Amount Financed (including amounts received as a result of rebates of extended service plan contract costs and insurance premiums and proceeds received under physical damage, theft, GAP, credit life and credit disability insurance policies), and (vi) all Simple Interest Advances deposited into the Collection Account by the Servicer on the Business Day preceding such Distribution Date; provided, however, that Available Collections for any Distribution Date shall not include any payments or other amounts (including Liquidation Proceeds) received with respect to any Purchased Receivable for the Collection Period during which the related Purchase Amount was deposited by the Seller into the Collection Account; provided further, that Available Collections for any Distribution Date shall not include any payments or other amounts (including Liquidation Proceeds) received with respect to any Receivable to the extent that the Servicer has made an unreimbursed Simple Interest Advance with respect to such Receivable and is entitled to reimbursement from such payments or other amounts pursuant to Section 4.4 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement; and, provided further, that Available Collections for any Distribution Date shall not include any payments or other amounts (including Liquidation Proceeds) received with respect to the Receivables that are retained by the Servicer as reimbursement for Unreimbursed Servicer Advances pursuant to Section 4.4 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement; provided, further, however, that Available Collections for any Distribution Date will exclude any Supplemental Servicing Fees.

  • Unallocated Principal Collections shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.05(d).

  • Finance Charge Account is defined in Section 4.9(a).

  • Shared Principal Collections means, with respect to any Transfer Date, either (a) the amount allocated to the Investor Certificates which may be applied to the Series Principal Shortfall with respect to other outstanding Series in Group One or (b) the amounts allocated to the investor certificates of other Series in Group One which the applicable Supplements for such Series specify are to be treated as "Shared Principal Collections" and which may be applied to cover the Series Principal Shortfall with respect to the Investor Certificates.

  • Monthly Principal Reallocation Amount means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of:

  • Available Spread Account Amount means, for any Transfer Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Spread Account (exclusive of Investment Earnings on such date and before giving effect to any deposit to, or withdrawal from, the Spread Account made or to be made with respect to such date) and (b) the Required Spread Account Amount, in each case on such Transfer Date.

  • Available Funds means, with respect to any Payment Date, (1) the sum of the following amounts, without duplication, with respect to the Receivables in respect of the Collection Period preceding such Payment Date: (a) all collections on Receivables, (b) Advances, (c) all Liquidation Proceeds attributable to the Receivables that became Liquidated Receivables during such Collection Period in accordance with the Servicer’s customary servicing procedures and all Recoveries, (d) the Purchase Amount of each Receivable that became a Purchased Receivable as of the last day of the related Collection Period, (e) partial prepayments relating to refunds of warranty or insurance financed by the respective Obligor thereon as part of the original contract and only to the extent not included under clause (a) above, (f) amounts on deposit in the Reserve Account after giving effect to all other deposits and withdrawals thereto or therefrom on the Payment Date relating to such Collection Period in excess of the Required Reserve Amount, (g) amounts on deposit in the Negative Carry Account, if any, after giving effect to all other deposits and withdrawals thereto and therefrom on the Payment Date relating to such Collection Period in excess of the Required Negative Carry Account Balance, (h) Investment Earnings for the related Payment Date, (i) any Collection Account Redeposits for the related Payment Date, (j) all amounts received from the Indenture Trustee pursuant to Section 5.04 of the Indenture and (k) the net amount paid to the Trust under the Interest Rate Swaps since the preceding Payment Date, if any, minus (2) the Servicing Fee, reimbursements for Advances and other amounts payable to the Servicer pursuant to Section 4.08 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement for the related Payment Date (unless the Servicer elects to defer part or all of such fee); provided, however, that in calculating Available Funds all payments and proceeds (including Liquidation Proceeds) of any Purchased Receivables the Purchased Amount of which has been included in Available Funds in a prior Collection Period shall be excluded. Available Funds for each Payment Date will not include, and the amount of Available Funds will not be reduced by, the amount of any Supplemental Servicing Fees.

  • Finance charge means that term as defined in section 106 of the truth in lending act, 15 USC 1605.

  • Reallocated Class B Principal Collections means, with respect to any Transfer Date, Collections of Principal Receivables applied in accordance with subsection 4.12(a) in an amount not to exceed the product of (a) the Class B Investor Allocation with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date and (b) the Investor Percentage with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date and (c) the amount of Collections of Principal Receivables with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date; provided, however, that such amount shall not exceed the Class B Investor Interest after giving effect to any Class B Investor Charge-Offs for such Transfer Date.

  • Principal Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Principal Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Finance Charge Shortfall shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.09.

  • Group II Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group II Principal Distribution Amount.

  • Interest Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Interest Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
