Available Investor Interest Collections definition

Available Investor Interest Collections means, for a Payment Date, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Interest Collections for the related Collection Period, plus (b) any net investment earnings on amounts in the Series 20 - Accounts for the related Collection Period, plus (c) the Series 20 - Accumulation Period Reserve Draw Amount for that Payment Date, plus (d) on the termination of the Series 20 - Accumulation Period Reserve Account under Section 4.7(c)(iii) of the Indenture Supplement, all remaining amounts in the Series 20 - Accumulation Period Reserve Account (excluding any net investment earnings), plus (e) the Monthly Depositor Servicing Fee for that Payment Date.
Available Investor Interest Collections means, for any Payment Date, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Interest Collections for the related Collection Period, plus (b) any net investment earnings on amounts in the Series 2015-4 Accounts for the related Collection Period, plus (c) the Series 2015-4 Accumulation Period Reserve Draw Amount for that Payment Date, plus (d) on the termination of the Series 2015-4 Accumulation Period Reserve Account under Section 4.7(c)(iii), all remaining amounts in the Series 2015-4 Accumulation Period Reserve Account (excluding any net investment earnings), plus (e) the Monthly Depositor Servicing Fee for that Payment Date.
Available Investor Interest Collections means, with respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Interest Collections with respect to such Distribution Date, plus (b) all interest and investment earnings on Eligible Investments credited to the Principal Funding Account, the Reserve Fund and the Accumulation Period Reserve Account (net of losses and investment expenses) during the period commencing on and including the Distribution Date immediately preceding such Distribution Date and ending on but excluding such Distribution Date, plus (c) all amounts received from the Swap Counterparty under the Interest Rate Swap with respect to such Distribution Date, plus (d) all withdrawals from the Accumulation Period Reserve Account pursuant to Section 4.12(c); plus (e) on the termination of the Accumulation Period Reserve Account pursuant to Section 4.12(e), all remaining amounts on deposit in the Accumulation Period Reserve Account (excluding amounts relating to investment earnings and after giving effect to Section 4.12(c)).

Examples of Available Investor Interest Collections in a sentence

  • On each Payment Date, any net investment earnings on funds in such accounts will be deposited in the Collection Account and treated as Available Investor Interest Collections for such Payment Date.

  • On each Payment Date, any net investment earnings on funds in those accounts will be deposited in the Collection Account and treated as Available Investor Interest Collections for that Payment Date.

  • Investor Interest Collections means, for a Deposit Date or Collection Period, an amount equal to the product of (a) the Floating Investor Percentage for the related Collection Period, times (b) the Interest Collections for that Deposit Date or Collection Period, as applicable.

  • Available Investor Principal Collections means with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to (a) the Investor Principal Collections for such Monthly Period, minus (b) the amount of Reallocated Collateral Principal Collections and Reallocated Class B Principal Collections with respect to such Monthly Period which pursuant to Section 4.12 are required to fund the Class A Required Amount and the Class B Required Amount, plus (c) the amount of Shared Principal Collections with respect to Group One that are allocated to Series 1999-E in accordance with subsection 4.13(b).

  • Available Spread Account Amount means, for any Transfer Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Spread Account (exclusive of Investment Earnings on such date and before giving effect to any deposit to, or withdrawal from, the Spread Account made or to be made with respect to such date) and (b) the Required Spread Account Amount, in each case on such Transfer Date.

  • Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections means that portion of Group I Investor Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 1997-1 pursuant to Section 4.10.

  • Available Collections means, for any Distribution Date, (i) all Obligor payments received with respect to the Receivables during the preceding Collection Period, (ii) all Liquidation Proceeds received with respect to the Receivables during the preceding Collection Period, (iii) all interest earned on funds on deposit in the Collection Account during the preceding Collection Period, (iv) the aggregate Purchase Amount deposited in the Collection Account on the Business Day preceding such Distribution Date, (v) all prepayments received with respect to the Receivables during the preceding Collection Period attributable to any refunded item included in the Amount Financed (including amounts received as a result of rebates of extended service plan contract costs and insurance premiums and proceeds received under physical damage, theft, GAP, credit life and credit disability insurance policies), and (vi) all Simple Interest Advances deposited into the Collection Account by the Servicer on the Business Day preceding such Distribution Date; provided, however, that Available Collections for any Distribution Date shall not include any payments or other amounts (including Liquidation Proceeds) received with respect to any Purchased Receivable the Purchase Amount for which was included in Available Collections for a previous Distribution Date; provided further, that Available Collections for any Distribution Date shall not include any payments or other amounts (including Liquidation Proceeds) received with respect to any Receivable to the extent that the Servicer has made an unreimbursed Simple Interest Advance with respect to such Receivable and is entitled to reimbursement from such payments or other amounts pursuant to Section 4.4 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement; and, provided further, that Available Collections for any Distribution Date shall not include any payments or other amounts (including Liquidation Proceeds) received with respect to the Receivables that are retained by the Servicer as reimbursement for Unreimbursed Servicer Advances pursuant to Section 4.4 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement; provided, further, however, that Available Collections for any Distribution Date will exclude any Supplemental Servicing Fees.

  • Shared Principal Collections means, with respect to any Transfer Date, either (a) the amount allocated to the Investor Certificates which may be applied to the Series Principal Shortfall with respect to other outstanding Series in Group One or (b) the amounts allocated to the investor certificates of other Series in Group One which the applicable Supplements for such Series specify are to be treated as "Shared Principal Collections" and which may be applied to cover the Series Principal Shortfall with respect to the Investor Certificates.

  • Required Spread Account Amount means, for the March 2012 Payment Date and the April 2012 Payment Date, zero, and for any Payment Date thereafter, the product of (i) the Spread Account Percentage in effect on such date and (ii) during (x) the Revolving Period, the Collateral Amount, and (y) during the Controlled Accumulation Period or the Early Amortization Period, the Collateral Amount as of the last day of the Revolving Period; provided that, prior to the occurrence of an Event of Default and acceleration of the Series 2012-1 Notes, the Required Spread Account Amount will never exceed the Class C Note Principal Balance (after taking into account any payments to be made on such Payment Date).

  • Class A Available Funds means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) if such Monthly Period relates to a Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Class A Floating Percentage of Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to such Distribution Date, (b) the Class A Floating Percentage of the Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections and (c) the amount of funds, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which, pursuant to subsection 4.12(d), are required to be included in Class A Available Funds with respect to such Distribution Date.

  • Class B Available Funds means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Class B Floating Percentage of the Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections and (b) if such Monthly Period relates to a Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Class B Floating Percentage of the Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to such Distribution Date.
