  • The Customer acknowledges that AVEVA may collect, process and maintain Usage Metrics and other information relating to Use of the Products and receipt of the Support Services and Professional Services, including records of Users and from where they logged on to AVEVA Connect: (i) for AVEVA’s own internal purposes; (ii) in order to verify the Customer’s compliance with this Agreement; (iii) to comply with Applicable Laws; and (iv) to prevent fraud.

  • AVEVA's Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy, and any other policy or restrictions described on AVEVA Connect or any AVEVA Content, or incorporated into this Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, any notices or other communications required or permitted to be provided pursuant to this Agreement may be provided by AVEVA to the Customer on AVEVA Connect; or by electronic mail to Customer’s email address held in AVEVA’s account information records.

  • AVEVA may grant access to Preview Features through the AVEVA Connect Account at no additional charge to Customer.

  • Where the Customer’s use of the Product exceeds the number of Credits (an “Overdraft”) the Customer will be required to purchase additional Credits in the form of Top-Up Credits to remedy the AVEVA Connect Account being overdrawn, within f orty-five (45) days of any Overdraft.

  • Subject to Customer’s compliance with all terms and conditions of the Agreement (including payment of all applicable f ees), AVEVA grants to Customer a personal, non-exclusive, non- transf erable limited right to access and use the Partner Account, and all applications subscribed within, solely for (a) supporting the development, promotion and sale of Products via AVEVA Connect and (b) non- production use for its internal business purposes.

  • During the Term and subject to Customer’s compliance with all terms and conditions of the Agreement (including payment of all applicable fees), AVEVA grants to Customer a personal, non-exclusive, non- transf erable limited right to access and use the Products and Documentation, through AVEVA Connect, solely for the internal business operations of Customer and subject to all usage restrictions for such Product in the Agreement or Documentation.

  • AVEVA will provide the Products to Customer through AVEVA Connect substantially in accordance with the Agreement.

  • If AVEVA suspends or limits Customer’s or User’s right to access or use all or any part of a Product, including an AVEVA Connect Account, then AVEVA will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to Customer to the extent practicable.

  • All defined terms used in this Agreement shall have the meaning given to them in Part B of these AVEVA Connect Terms, or as set out in the Connect Agreement.

  • China Connect Service means the order-routing service through which Northbound orders placed by an Exchange Participant may be transmitted by an SEHK Subsidiary to the corresponding China Connect Market for the buying and selling of China Connect Securities and any related supporting services.

  • Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.

  • Connect means the installation of the Connection Equipment in such a way that (subject to Energisation) the Customer may import electricity to, and/or export electricity from, the Customer’s Installation over the Distribution System at the Connection Point;

  • Cross Connection means a jumper cable or similar connection provided pursuant to Collocation at the digital signal cross connect, Main Distribution Frame or other suitable frame or panel between (i) the Collocating Party’s equipment and (ii) the equipment or facilities of the housing party.
