BA Time definition

BA Time means, as of a particular time, the time zone used for scheduling, offering and bidding the Products with the largest Balancing Authority that, as of such time, includes the Delivery Portion. As of the Effective Date, the “BA Time” is Eastern Prevailing Time.
BA Time means the time zone used for scheduling, settlement and other transactions by the Balancing Authority (meaning, for this purpose, the largest Balancing Authority to which the Facility is interconnected, being MISO as of the Execution Date). As of the Execution Date, the “BA Time” is Eastern Standard Time.
