Balancing Gas Contract definition

Balancing Gas Contract means a contract for the purchase or sale of Balancing Gas as described in section 5.2.4;
Balancing Gas Contract means an agreement between the Transporter and a supplier of Natural Gas (being a Shipper or a Third Party Shipper) to sell or buy Natural Gas to maintain a safe operation of the Transportation System;

The “Transmission Provider” shall be the Office of the Interconnection for all purposes, provided that the Transmission Owners will have the responsibility for the following specified activities:
