Ballot issue notice definition

Ballot issue notice means the notice which is required by section 20 (3)(b) of article X of the state constitution and comprises the material between the notice title and the conclusion of the summary of comments.

Nothing herein shall preclude the CEO from sending the Ballot Issue Notice to persons other than electors of the Jurisdiction if such sending arises from the CEO’s efforts to mail the Ballot Issue Notice at “least cost.”
