Bank Document Deliverables definition

Bank Document Deliverables means, with respect to any Participated Mortgage Loan, (a) the original of the fully executed Mortgage Note for such Participated Mortgage Loan, together with the Required Endorsements related thereto (including, without limitation, each original executed allonge required by Bank in connection therewith), (b) the Required Document Custodian Deliverables (as defined in the Section of Exhibit F entitled “Third-Party Document Custodian”) related to such Participated Mortgage Loan, but only if (and only during such time as) Seller is permitted pursuant to such Section to deliver or cause to be delivered to the Person defined in such Section as the “Document Custodian” any Bank Document Deliverables, and (c) any other agreements, files, records and other documents related to such Participated Mortgage Loan which are required to be delivered to Bank in connection with the purchase of the Participation Interest in such Participated Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Warehouse Program Guide in effect as of the related Purchase Date.

Bank Document Deliverables means any and all agreements, instruments and documents (including all Closing Deliverables) required by Bank to be delivered to it hereunder.

  • E-Auction Process Information Document means this document including all the appendices hereto, for the purposes of setting out the process for submission of a bid and selection of Successful Bid in accordance with the provisions of the IBC and shall include all supplements, modifications, amendments, alterations or clarifications thereto issued in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.

  • User Documentation means that documentation regarding the operation, guidelines and features and functionality of Clover Insights that is made available to you from time to time at the website, by internet link or otherwise. User Documentation may be modified from time to time by First Data or its third party provider(s).

The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.
