Bank Preferred Stock definition

Bank Preferred Stock shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.2(b) hereof.
Bank Preferred Stock means the preferred stock, par value $1.00 per share, of the Bank.

  • New Preferred Stock means the Convertible Series A Preferred Stock and the Series B Preferred Stock.
