Base Fuel Charge definition

Base Fuel Charge means the Fuel Index plus either 10 cents/MMBTU or 15 cents/MMBTU, as applicable under Section 7.2.5.1 or Section 7.2.5.2.
Base Fuel Charge means, for each calendar year, the Target Fuel Price x 1.35 (tons/MWh). “Billing Period” means a calendar month.
Base Fuel Charge means an amount equal to the Target Fuel Price multiplied by 1.

Examples of Base Fuel Charge in a sentence

  • If Buyer makes changes to the Day Ahead --------------------- Schedule for operation in the Non-Summer Period or Summer Off Peak Hours and such change requires Seller to purchase more gas than would have been purchased but for such change in the schedule, then Seller shall provide Buyer with a quoted surcharge to be added to the Base Fuel Charge, the sum of which shall be the Fuel Charge for all Electric Energy generated pursuant to such changed schedule.

Related to Base Fuel Charge

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the charge, and excluding reimbursement of the assessment imposed by this act.

  • Additional Charge has the meaning given to it in the Management Agreement; ‘Agreement’ means this agreement including background recitals and the Schedules as may be amended pursuant to clause 16.3;

  • Minimum Charge means the higher of the rate minimum and the rate applied to the Contracted Minimum Demand;

  • Rental Charges means the charges payable for renting the Vehicle from Us together with GST and any other taxes or levies which are all fully set out in the Rental Agreement.

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Electricity Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of electricity.

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located.

  • Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, incurred by Customer for Services provided under this Agreement, excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international access that is passed-through (Type 3/PTT) or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by a Cybertrust Security Service Provider listed in the Guide, and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.

  • Rent and Charges Reserve means the aggregate of (a) all past due rent and other amounts owing by a Loan Party to any landlord, warehouseman, processor, repairman, mechanic, shipper, freight forwarder, broker or other Person who possesses any Collateral or could assert a Lien on any Collateral; and (b) a reserve equal to three months rent and other charges that could be payable to any such Person, unless it has executed a Collateral Access Agreement.

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.

  • Sales Charge and "Dealer Commission" apply only to the Load Funds and the CDSC Funds. All commissions and concessions are subject to change without notice by us and will comply with any changes in regulatory requirements. You agree that you will not combine customer orders to reach breakpoints in commissions for any purpose whatsoever unless authorized by the Prospectus or by us in writing.

  • Access Charge has the meaning set out in Clause 6.1;

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;

  • Capacity Charge means a charge for public facilities in existence at the time a charge is imposed or charges for new public facilities to be acquired or constructed in the future that are of proportional benefit to the person or property being charged, including supply or capacity contracts for rights or entitlements, real property interests, and entitlements and other rights of the local agency involving capital expense relating to its use of existing or new public facilities. A “capacity charge” does not include a commodity charge.

  • Additional Charges As defined in Section 3.3.

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Legal Charge means the legal charge over the Land to be entered into by the Academy Trust in favour of the Secretary of State, in a form and substance satisfactory to the Secretary of State.

  • Delivery Charge means the total amount charged to the Authorized User for shipment of the Vehicle(s) from the Delivery Origin to the location(s) designated by the Authorized User on Form A: Mini-Bid Request, and on the Purchase Order.

  • Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including for office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance, advertising expenses, travel and supervision, salaries of contractual and temporary staff, but excluding salaries, fees, honoraria, and bonuses of members of the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Bond Service Charges means principal, including mandatory sinking fund requirements for retirement of obligations, and interest, and redemption premium, if any, required to be paid by the authority on obligations.

  • Annual Service Charge as of any date means the amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries.

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • No Charge Bid When Bids are requested on a number of Products as a Group or Lot, a Bidder desiring to Bid “no charge” on a Product in the Group or Lot must clearly indicate such. Otherwise, such Bid may be considered incomplete and be rejected, in whole or in part, at the discretion of the Commissioner.

  • Delivery charges means charges by the seller for preparation and delivery to a location designated by the purchaser of tangible personal property or services. Delivery charges include, but are not limited to, transportation, shipping, postage, handling, crating, and packing. Beginning September 1, 2004, delivery charges do not include the charges for delivery of direct mail if the charges are separately stated on an invoice or similar billing document given to the purchaser.
