Base Revenues definition

Base Revenues means the taxes collected on the base value.
Base Revenues means (x) with respect to calculating the Annual Incentive Bonus for the first Employment Year, the Revenues for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1997, and (y) the "Base Revenues" used to calculate the Annual Incentive Bonus for each successive Employment Year shall be determined by increasing the Base Revenues used for calculating the Annual Incentive Bonus for the prior Employment Year by 10%, compounded annually.
