Basic Charges definition

Basic Charges means the Consultant’s charges for all provision of and/or in connection with the Basic Service carried out at the Client’s request in accordance with the Consultant’s charging rates set out in the Appointment Particulars.
Basic Charges means the Company’s charges for the provision of and/or in connection with the Services and/or other work carried out at the Customer’s request in accordance with the Company’s charging rates from time to time applying. “The Company” - includes, its successors and assigns.
Basic Charges. Our charges for the legal work we do on your claim for damages. Claim: Your demand for damages for compensation, damages and/or other relief whether or not court proceedings are issued.

  • The right to broadcast the Broadcast Programme(s) in digital form as part of a linear television programme service by wireless telegraphy from and by terrestrial television transmitters (including any broadcast by means of Mobile TV Technologies) where such broadcast is intended for reception by members of the public where a specific subscription or charge (over and above Basic Charges) is payable for the right to receive such television programme service by means of such transmitters.

Related to Basic Charges

  • Individual Charges means those charges incurred by individual Attendees including, but not limited to, restaurant charges other than the allowable group meals specified herein, any charge for alcoholic beverages, telephone expenses, sleeping room rental deposits, upgrades, Cancellation Fee and/or other applicable service or cancellation charges incurred by an Attendee, and associated taxes, surcharges, and/or other incidentals.

  • Additional Rent means all sums of money, other than Base Rent, that shall become due from and payable by Tenant pursuant to this Lease.

  • Tax Expenses means all federal, state, county, or local governmental or municipal taxes, fees, charges or other impositions of every kind and nature, whether general, special, ordinary or extraordinary, (including, without limitation, real estate taxes, general and special assessments, transit taxes, leasehold taxes or taxes based upon the receipt of rent, including gross receipts or sales taxes applicable to the receipt of rent, unless required to be paid by Tenant, personal property taxes imposed upon the fixtures, machinery, equipment, apparatus, systems and equipment, appurtenances, furniture and other personal property used in connection with the Project, or any portion thereof), which shall be paid or accrued during any Expense Year (without regard to any different fiscal year used by such governmental or municipal authority) because of or in connection with the ownership, leasing and operation of the Project, or any portion thereof.

  • Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including for office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance, advertising expenses, travel and supervision, salaries of contractual and temporary staff, but excluding salaries, fees, honoraria, and bonuses of members of the Recipient’s civil service.
