Basic Charges definition

Basic Charges means the Consultant’s charges for all provision of and/or in connection with the Basic Service carried out at the Client’s request in accordance with the Consultant’s charging rates set out in the Appointment Particulars.
Basic Charges means the basic tariff charged to consumers for the provision of water services.
Basic Charges. Our charges for the legal work we do on your claim for damages. Claim: Your demand for damages for compensation, damages and/or other relief whether or not court proceedings are issued.

  • The right to broadcast the Broadcast Programme(s) in digital form as part of a linear television programme service by wireless telegraphy from and by terrestrial television transmitters (including any broadcast by means of Mobile TV Technologies) where such broadcast is intended for reception by members of the public where a specific subscription or charge (over and above Basic Charges) is payable for the right to receive such television programme service by means of such transmitters.

  • The right to broadcast the Broadcast Programme(s) in analogue and/or digital form as part of a linear television programme service by wireless telegraphy from and by terrestrial television transmitters (including any broadcast by means of Mobile TV Technologies) where such broadcast is intended for reception by members of the public without any charge (other than Basic Charges) being made to the viewer for the right to receive such television programme service.

  • The right to communicate the Broadcast Programme(s) to the public as part of a linear television programme service by means of a coaxial, fibre-optic or other cable network, without any charge (other than Basic Charges) being made to the viewer for the right to receive such television programme service by means of such network.

  • As such it may be that the Costs you recover from your opponent if you Win are no more than a contribution to the Basic Charges, Disbursements and Success Fee you have incurred.

  • We will seek to recover our Basic Charges and the Disbursements made on your behalf from your opponent.

  • If you receive Provisional Damages, we are entitled to payment of our Basic Charges and Disbursements and Success Fee at that point.

  • We add VAT, at the rate that applies when the work is done, to the total of the Basic Charges and Success Fee and, when applicable, Disbursements.

  • If so, unless we consent, you agree not to tell us to accept the offer if it includes payment of our Basic Charges at a lower rate than is set out in this agreement or if it is not deconstructed by your opponent sufficiently to allow You and Us properly to calculate the Success Fee.


More Definitions of Basic Charges

Basic Charges means the Company’s charges for the provision of and/or in connection with the Services and/or other work carried out at the Customer’s request in accordance with the Compa- ny’s charging rates from time to time applying. “The Company” - includes, its successors and assigns.

Related to Basic Charges

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;

  • Rental Charges means the charges payable for renting the Vehicle from Us together with GST and any other taxes or levies which are all fully set out in the Rental Agreement.

  • Basic Costs means all direct and indirect costs and expenses incurred in connection with the Building as more fully defined in Exhibit C attached hereto.

  • Bank Charges means the charges levied by the Merchant Acquiring Bank for Transactions and Refunds. “Bank System” means the banking system operated by any approved bank, financial institution or other body.
