Basic Concept Drawings definition

Basic Concept Drawings means the plans and drawings to be submitted by Developer and approved by Agency, as set forth in Section 402.1 of this Agreement.
Basic Concept Drawings means the plans and drawings to be submitted and approved by Authority, as set forth in Section 302.1 hereof.
