Developer Improvements definition

Developer Improvements includes Opal Ln Improvements and Roland Ln Improvements, as defined herein. Upon completion of construction of Developer Improvements, Developer shall provide the City with final “record” drawings of the Developer Improvements, in both hard copy and digital (PDF or CAD, as requested by the City). Developer Improvements means and includes, individually and collectively, all the improvements identified in Article 4.
Developer Improvements means the improvements to be constructed by Developer upon the Site and all approvals and permits required for completion of the Developer Improvements, all as more particularly described in the Scope of Development. The “Developer Improvements” shall generally consist of the Housing Units, common area improvements, on-site utilities, front and side yard landscaping and landscaping in alleys next to garage doors.

Examples of Developer Improvements in a sentence

  • Before commencement of the construction of the Developer Improvements or other works of improvement upon the Site, Developer shall, at its own expense, secure or cause to be secured any and all permits and approvals which may be required for the construction of the Developer Improvements by the City or any other governmental agency affected by such construction or work.

  • Contractors selected for the Project shall be qualified in the City to perform the work, shall be licensed to do business in the State of Wisconsin, shall have experience in providing the type of work and materials required of Developer Improvements, and shall have a good reputation for diligent performance of their obligations under their respective contracts.

  • City and Developer acknowledge and agree that the Developer Improvements are in addition to any requirements in the Development Agreement, dated June 24, 2020 by and between Heber City and RE Investment Holdings, LLC.

  • Time is of the essence with reference to Developer’s obligation to commence and complete the Developer Improvements.

  • The Release of Construction Covenants shall be a conclusive determination of satisfactory completion of the construction of the Developer Improvements and the Release of Construction Covenants shall so state.


More Definitions of Developer Improvements

Developer Improvements means those improvements described in the Scope of Development as the “Developer Improvements.”
Developer Improvements means the improvements to be constructed on the Property by the Developer as described in Exhibit B attached hereto and as shown on the Site Plan, including, without limitation, the Public Art (as shown in the Final Construction Documents and/or as shown in any other plans and specifications provided to the RDA by the Developer and approved by the RDA).
Developer Improvements means those Project improvements that do not constitute Eligible Public Improvements or that are identified as “Developer Improvements” in Exhibit B attached hereto.
Developer Improvements means the improvements to be constructed by the Developer on the Property pursuant to the Development Agreement, including, without limitation, the Public Art. The initial description of the Developer Improvements is set forth on Exhibit B attached hereto, which may be modified in accordance withSection 3.5.
Developer Improvements consists of the improvements contemplated to be constructed by Developer pursuant to the Regulatory Plans.
Developer Improvements means any and all improvements to the Developer Know-How and/or Developer Invention and/or the Compound and/or any Other Apomorphine Product that have been conceived, created, developed and/or otherwise invented solely by, or by a third party on behalf of, the Developer at any time after the Effective Date.
