Preliminary Site Plan definition

Preliminary Site Plan means the site layout for the Project or any phase thereof including parking, if any, buildings, ingress and egress, pedestrian and vehicular circulation, utilities, grading, storm water detention, landscaping and service areas, and all proposed dedications and easements.
Preliminary Site Plan means any version of the site plan (prior to Site Plan Approval) for the Horizontal Project which is submitted to the Fairfax County Department of Public Works and Environmental Services (or similar County agency) for purposes of obtaining Site Plan Approval. After Site Plan Approval, the Preliminary Site Plan shall become the “Site Plan” as defined in this Agreement.
Preliminary Site Plan means the proposed conceptual site plan for the Project prepared by the Developer in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 2.31 and reviewed and approved by the DDA pursuant to Section 3.2.1 below.

Examples of Preliminary Site Plan in a sentence

  • The parties hereby acknowledge and approve the Preliminary Site Plan attached hereto as Exhibit E, the Floor Plan attached hereto as Exhibit F and the Outline Specifications attached hereto as Exhibit G, each of which have been prepared by the Landlord and submitted to the Tenant (collectively, the “Preliminary Plans and Specifications”).

  • Not later than May 1, 2005, Landlord shall provide Tenant with dimensioned preliminary site plans, elevations and sections concerning the Retail/Restaurant Space (collectively, the “Preliminary Site Plan”) which Preliminary Site Plan shall specify the locations, elevations, footprints and configurations of the New Restaurants.

More Definitions of Preliminary Site Plan

Preliminary Site Plan means that certain preliminary site plan of the Properties attached hereto as Exhibit D, which may be amended from time to time. Declarant contemplates that it will record a series of final plats of the Properties in the real estate records of the Register's Office for Williamson County, Tennessee from time to time as the Properties are developed (each such recorded plat, a "Final Plat"). To the extent a Final Plat conflicts with the Preliminary Site Plan, the Final Plat shall control, and the Preliminary Site Plan shall be deemed to have been amended to conform to the Final Plat.
Preliminary Site Plan means the Preliminary Site Plan set forth in Exhibit G.
Preliminary Site Plan means the initial plan which sets forth the limits of the Project and contains: the building and boat locations, size and descriptions; ingress and egress; loading areas; improvements; parking; landscaping; signage; sidewalks; curbing; utilities; and adjoining streets; including elevations showing the exterior features and designs of all the boats, buildings, structure, and improvements which are to be a part of the Project.
Preliminary Site Plan means a preliminary detailed plan for development within the Property that identifies building location, parking, general landscaping, and other surface accommodations for the site.
Preliminary Site Plan means a preliminary architectural plan, landscape architecture document, and a detailed engineering drawing of the proposed Hotel and Restaurant and/or City Facilities, including building footprints, travelways, parking, drainage facilities, sanitary sewer lines, water lines, trails, lighting, and landscaping elements for either or both the Hotel and Restaurant and/or City Facilities.

Related to Preliminary Site Plan

  • Site Plan means a document or map that may be required by a county during a preliminary review preceding the issuance of a building permit to demonstrate that an owner's or developer's proposed development activity meets a land use requirement.

  • Preliminary Work means all work done in the concept and preparatory stages (including non-exhaustively design, artwork, colour matching).

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Preliminary plat means a map showing the salient features of a proposed subdivision submitted to an approving authority for purposes of preliminary consideration.

  • Space Plan herein means, to the extent required by the nature of the Work, detailed plans (including any so-called “pricing plans”), including a fully dimensioned floor plan and drawn to scale, showing: (i) demising walls, interior walls and other partitions, including type of wall or partition and height, and any demolition or relocation of walls, and details of space occupancy and density, (ii) doors and other openings in such walls or partitions, including type of door and hardware, (iii) electrical and computer outlets, circuits and anticipated usage therefor, (iv) any special purpose rooms, any sinks or other plumbing facilities, heavy items, and any other special electrical, HVAC or other facilities or requirements, including all special loading and related calculations, (v) any space planning considerations to comply with fire or other codes or other governmental or legal requirements, (vi) finish selections, and (vii) any other details or features requested by Architect, Engineer or Landlord, or otherwise required, in order for the Space Plan to serve as a basis for Landlord to approve the Work, and for Tenant to contract and obtain permits for the Work, or for the Space Plan to serve as a basis for preparing Construction Drawings.

  • Preliminary Plans means a site plan, architectural floor plans, elevations, outline specifications and a cost estimate for each utility, site development, conversion, and remodeling project. The drawings shall be sufficiently descriptive to accurately convey the location, scope, cost and the nature of the improvement being proposed.

  • Built-Up Area and/or “Covered Area” in relation to a Flat shall mean the floor area of that Flat including the area of balconies and terraces, if any attached thereto, and also the thickness of the walls (external or internal) and the columns and pillars therein Provided That if any wall, column or pillar be common between two Flats, then one-half of the area under such wall column or pillar shall be included in the built-up area of each such Flat.

  • Preliminary Title Report A report issued by a title insurance company in anticipation of issuing a Title Insurance policy which evidences existing liens and gives a preliminary opinion as to the absence of any encumbrance on title to a Mortgaged Property, except liens to be removed on or before purchase or refinance, as the case may be, by the Borrower and Permitted Encumbrances.

  • Construction Completion Certificate means a document:

  • Constructional Plan means all appliances or things of whatsoever nature required for the execution, completion or maintenance of the works or temporary works (as hereinafter defined) but does not include materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent work.

  • Preliminary Report means the communication used for the prompt dissemination of data obtained during the early stages of the investigation;

The evaluation of historic information shall be conducted from 1932 to the present, except that the department may require the search for and evaluation of additional information relating to ownership and use of the site prior to 1932 if such information is available through diligent inquiry of the public records.

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Construction Completion Date means the date by which the overall development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Construction Completion Certificate is issued by the Independent Engineer as per Article 14.1.
