Basis of Faith definition

Basis of Faith means the doctrinal basis of the Church set out at Appendix 1 as may be amended from time to time in accordance with clause 28.3.

Basis of Faith means the basis of faith as set out in Schedule 1 of this Constitution. A copy is also included with the Church Rules.“the Church”shall mean the congregation established for the purposes set out in Clause 3 whose members are admitted pursuant to Clause 4 together with the property of the congregation.“Church Rules”shall mean the rules governing the internal practices of the Church as may from time to time be adopted by the members of the Church. Related to Basis of Faith

  • Basis of Allotment means the basis on which Equity Shares will be Allotted to successful Bidders under the Offer;

  • good faith means that degree of diligence which a reasonable person would exercise in the performance of legal duties and obligations;
