  • It shall be the responsibility of Talk America and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

  • It shall be the responsibility of VarTec and the B&C Customers to negotiate and arrange for any appropriate adjustments.

  • BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in any disputes between ITC^DeltaCom and B&C Customers.
