B&C Customers query BellSouth’s LIDB to determine whether to accept various billing options from End Users. Until such time as BellSouth implements in its LIDB and its supporting systems the means to differentiate CCI’s data from BellSouth’s data, the following shall apply:

Examples of B&C Customers in a sentence

  • BellSouth shall have no obligation to become involved in or provide any information relating to any billing disputes between CUSTOMER and the B&C Customers.

  • Existing Customer means an individual who has purchased goods or services from a person, who is the recipient of a voice communication from that person, and who either paid for the goods or services within the 12 months preceding the voice communication or has not paid for the goods and services at the time of the voice communication because of a prior agreement between the person and the individual.

The Ameren Illinois incentive payments are awarded only to Eligible Customers for equipment that is owned by them and installed in the Ameren Illinois service area at the location that corresponds with the Ameren Illinois account number listed in the Application. All Eligible Customers are ultimately responsible for compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

  • Material Customers has the meaning set forth in Section 3.15(a).
