Behavioral health agency definition

Behavioral health agency or "agency" means an entity licensed by the department to provide behavioral health services.

Behavioral health agency. (BHA) means an agency licensed by the State of Washington to provide mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment and is subcontracted under this Agreement to provide services.
