Behavioral health administrative services organization definition

Behavioral health administrative services organization means an entity contracted with the authority to administer behavioral health services and programs under RCW 71.24.381, including crisis services and administration of chapter 71.05 RCW, the involuntary treatment act, for all individuals in a defined regional service area.
Behavioral health administrative services organization means an entity selected by HCA to administer behavioral health programs, including Crisis Services and Ombuds for Individuals in a defined Regional Service Area, regardless of an Individual's ability to pay, including Medicaid eligible members.
Behavioral health administrative services organization or “BH-ASO” means any county authority or group of county authorities or other entity recognized by the state to administer behavioral health services in a defined region.
