Bermuda Share Charge definition

Bermuda Share Charge means a charge granted by the Parent of its equity interests in the relevant Foreign Subsidiary in favor of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Finance Parties, which charge shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
Bermuda Share Charge means the share charge in substantially the form attached as Exhibit I hereto.
Bermuda Share Charge shall have the meaning provided in the definition ofCollateral and Guaranty Requirements”.

Bermuda Share Charge means any charge over shares or other Equity Interests by any Borrower Party in favor of the Collateral Agent, for the benefit of the Secured Parties, with respect to the shares or other Equity Interests of any Borrower Party incorporated under the laws of Bermuda, in substantially the form of Exhibit H to the Mortgage.

  • BVI means the British Virgin Islands.
