Berthing Licence definition

Berthing Licence. Issued to You by Us at the commencement of the Agreement for the provision of a Berth which incorporates these Terms;
Berthing Licence means permission granted by Eyemouth Harbour Trust to a vessel owner to berth their vessel at a location specified by the Harbour Master.
Berthing Licence means the licence granted to the Owner by the Board (whether express or implied, in writing or otherwise) to use the Marina under these terms and conditions.

  • If We have to contact You or give You notice in writing, We will do so by hand, or by pre-paid post to Your address in the Berthing Licence.

  • We will refund to You berthing fees if the Boat Length is less than the length stated in the Berthing Licence, in accordance with the Price List.

  • We therefore reserve the right at any time during the period of the Agreement to measure the Boat and charge You additional berthing fees if the Boat Length is greater than the length stated in the Berthing Licence, in accordance with the Price List.

  • You warrant to us that You are the owner of the Boat, have the immediate right to possess the Boat and that the Boat Length is as stated in the Berthing Licence.

  • If We have to contact You or give You notice in writing, We will do so by hand, by email, or by pre-paid post to the contact details You have provided shown on Your Berthing Licence.

  • Your notice should be addressed to "The Marina Manager" at the Marina set out in Your Berthing Licence.

  • Annual Berthing Licence application must be accompanied by a copy of the policy document and an update provided to the Manager upon policy renewal during the year.

  • For security purposes, all ‘i-buttons’ must be surrendered to the Harbour Office upon termination of the Berthing Licence.

  • Any craft occupying a marina berth must have a current Craft Mooring and Berthing Licence Agreement (obtainable from Marina Office during business hours).

  • Fees not received by the Company on the due date will be subject to interest at the rate of 2% per month or part thereof that they remain outstanding and the Company reserves the right to terminate the Berthing Licence in any case of non-payment of fees or interest on same.


More Definitions of Berthing Licence

Berthing Licence means the licence granted to the Owner by the Board (whether express or implied, in writing or otherwise) to use the Marina under these terms and conditions. “Harbour Master” shall include Port Control and all persons acting under the authority of the Board and/ or fulfilling the role of Harbour Master.

Related to Berthing Licence

  • licence means a licence granted under this Act;

  • exploration licence means an exploration licence under Part 2 of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1990; S. 3(1) def. of "fish" inserted by No. 40/2002 s. 3(a).

  • network licence means the network licence, as the same is amended from time to time, granted to Network Rail Infrastructure Limited by the Secretary of State in exercise of his powers under section 8 of the Railways Act l993;

  • Port means a line or trunk connection point, including a line card and associated peripheral equipment, on a Central Office Switch but does not include Switch features. The Port serves as the hardware termination for line or Trunk Side facilities connected to the Central Office Switch. Each Line Side Port is typically associated with one or more telephone numbers that serve as the Customer's network address.

  • License means any Copyright License, Patent License, Trademark License or other license of rights or interests.

  • Concessionaire means an entity that has a concession agreement with a licensed entity.

  • Airport means public-use airport open to the public without prior permission and without restrictions within the physical capacities of available facilities.
