BG Development Costs definition
BG Development Costs means the costs and expenses incurred in the conduct of development operations in the East Texas/North Louisiana Area pursuant to the BG JV Documents.

The Borrower will not permit the sum of the Aggregate Unused Commitments on such date plus the Credit Parties’ Unrestricted Cash and cash equivalents in Permitted Investments (but specifically including any Credit Party’s interest in cash held in the BG Operating Account and the BG Escrow Account for purposes of funding BG Development Costs) as of such date minus any Borrowing Base Deficiency to be less than $20,000,000 at any time.
