Bid Procedures definition

Bid Procedures means the Bidding Procedures, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 1 to the Bid Procedures Order, with such changes, if any, as shall be reasonably acceptable in form and substance to Buyer and Sellers.
Bid Procedures means those Bid Procedures approved by the Bidding Procedures Order.

  • In addition, the Seller shall have the authority to respond to any inquiries or offers to purchase all or any part of the Transferred Assets (whether in combination with other assets of the Seller Group or otherwise) and perform any and all other acts related thereto which are required under the Bankruptcy Code, the Bid Procedures Order or other Applicable Law, including supplying information relating to the Business and the assets of the Seller Group to prospective purchasers.

More Definitions of Bid Procedures

Bid Procedures means the bidding procedures for the solicitation and submission of bids for a sale, reorganization, or other disposition of the Debtors, any portion of, or all or substantially all of their assets approved by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to the Bid Procedures Order.
Bid Procedures means the bid procedures attached as Exhibit 1 to the Bid Procedures Order.

No. 2452], entered by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court on June 22, 2010, attached hereto as Exhibit F.
Bid Procedures shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.17(b) of the Agreement.
