Bid Schedule definition

Bid Schedule means the schedule for the Bid and data sheet as mentioned under Clause B of this RFP;
Bid Schedule means that part of the Bid that lists Pay Items, units of measurement, prices, estimated quantities, and the total Bid price. The Base Bid and any Alternates that are added to or deleted from the Base Bid by the Agreement will become the “Contract Price Schedule”.
Bid Schedule means the list of bid items, together with estimated quantities appearing in the proposal form.

  • The City may consider as irregular any conditional bid or any Bid on which there is an alteration of, or departure from, the Bid Schedule hereto attached and at its option may reject the same.

  • Subject to any limitations in the Order clause or elsewhere in this contract, the Vendor shall furnish to the City all items specified in the Bid Schedule and called for by orders issued in accordance with the Ordering clause.

Bid Schedule means the Bid Schedule submitted by CONTRACTOR with the Bid; unless CONTRACTOR was the sole responsive bidder and the Parties have negotiated final pricing as part of the bid solicitation process pursuant to the Purchasing Code, in which instance the term means the Revised Bid Schedule included within the Contract Documents.

  • Priced Schedule of Quantities means the schedule of quantities duly priced with the accepted quoted rates of the contractor.
