Contract Price Schedule. Contractor’s master contract includes a state-approved sample invoice. Contractor is required to use the approved invoice for all transactions under this Contract. Contractor may not materially change the document unless the change has been approved in writing by the Commissioner of Administration, as delegated to the Office of State Procurement. Contractor may not modify the invoice to provide less detail regarding purchases under the Contract. Contractor hereby waives the right to enforce any term in the sample which contradicts or modifies any term of the solicitation or any Site-Specific Contract that may result, including subsequent amendments to the Site-Specific Contract, or would result in an unencumbered expense if enforced against the state or its CPV members. The State anticipates the invoice will contain, at a minimum: o Ordering entity name o Project number (or Site-Specific Contract number) o Item/service description o Item quantity or service hours o Contract price (for cost plus pricing, the actual cost)

Contract Price Schedule. The Contractor, if requested by the Owner, shall submit to the Owner a cost breakdown for the various items of the work. The schedule shall be prepared in a manner acceptable to the Owner as to both form and completeness and supported by data as necessary to substantiate its correctness.
Contract Price Schedule. The firm cost of this contract, to provide a service within the agreed times to support 32 establishments and to attend site as requested is as set out below The total number of Contractor days (which may comprise half as well as whole days) shall be XX within this contract. Additional site visits beyond this firm number of Contractor days, and as agreed by the PICTA MT, shall be valued as set out in the ‘Additional call out rates’ below.
