Bidder Services Agreement means the Services Agreement among CCIC, OpCo and HoldCo Sub, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to BAM and CCIC and consistent with the terms set forth in the letter agreement between BAM and CCIC set forth as Exhibit 2.7 to the Formation Agreement, pursuant to which CCIC shall offer to OpCo and HoldCo Sub certain services with respect to the tower structures owned by OpCo and HoldCo Sub on the terms and conditions described therein.
