Bids definition

Bids means the Techno Commercial Bid submitted by the Bidder along with all documents / credentials / attachments annexure etc., in response to this RFQ, in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof.
Bids means documents required to be submitted in response to the Invitation to Bid and ITB.
Bids shall have the respective meanings specified in paragraph 1(a) of Part II of this Section 12.

Examples of Bids in a sentence

  • City has sought, by issuance of a Request for Proposals or Invitation for Bids, the performance of the services defined and described particularly in Article 1 of this Agreement.

  • The Contract Documents consist of this Contract, the Notice Inviting Bids, Instructions to Bidders, Bid (including documentation accompanying the Bid and any post- Bid documentation submitted before the Notice of Award), the Bonds, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, General Provisions, Special Provisions, Plans, Standard Plans, Standard Specifications, Reference Specifications, Addenda, Change Orders, and Supplemental Agreements.

  • Bids and all accompanying documents shall be in the English language.

Bids shall have the respective meanings specified in paragraph (a) of Section 1 of Part II of Article X of these Bylaws.
