Bids definition

Bids means the Techno Commercial Bid submitted by the Bidder along with all documents / credentials / attachments annexure etc., in response to this RFQ, in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof.
Bids means documents required to be submitted in response to the Invitation to Bid and ITB.
Bids shall have the respective meanings specified in paragraph 1(a) of Part II of this Section 12.1.

Examples of Bids in a sentence

  • The remainder of the Net QIB Portion shall be available for allocation on a proportionate basis to QIBs, including Mutual Funds, subject to valid Bids being received from them at or above the Issue Price.

Bids shall have the respective meanings specified in paragraph (a) of Section 1 of Part II of Article X of these Bylaws.
