Billing Milestone definition

Billing Milestone means a pre-determined point for billing to be authorized subject to specific criteria being met.

  • An amount up to the allocated amount of each Billing Milestone described in Exhibit B shall be paid by the County to the Consultant following the completion of each Milestone or Task in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement and following the procedure outlined in Subsections B, and C of this section, below.

More Definitions of Billing Milestone

Billing Milestone means a clearly defined set of incremental services that must be performed; or an interim level of accomplishment that must be met by Provider in order to receive periodic incremental and final reimbursement for services under this Contract.

Related to Billing Milestone

  • Milestone 2 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $35,000,000 during any Calendar Year ending on or before December 31, 2024.

  • Milestone 1 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $20,000,000 during the Calendar Year ending on December 31, 2021.
