Biometric Services definition

Biometric Services means services provided by ADP to Client via the use of timeclocks and software in connection with ADP’s provision of Time & Attendance Services, to the extent such timeclocks or software collect, store or use Biometric Data.
Biometric Services means services provided by TotalSource to Client via the use of timeclocks and software in connection with TotalSource’s provision of Time and Labor Management, to the extent such timeclocks or software collect, store or use Biometric Data.

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

  • Basic Services means the services set forth in Exhibit A. The Consultant must perform the Basic Services to the Director’s satisfaction.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Pharmacist services means products, goods, and services, or any combination of products, goods, and services, provided as a part of the practice of pharmacy.

  • Storage Services means any Services which offer you storage capacity on the network for storage of content which you access from us.
