Bitmain APA means that certain Asset Purchase Agreement, dated September 5, 2023, by and between Bitmain Technologies Delaware Limited and Core Scientific, Inc., as amended by that certain Amendment to Asset Purchase Agreement, dated November 6, 2023; provided, that any further amendments to the Bitmain APA shall be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Debtors and the Requisite Consenting Creditors (subject to the parties’ rights and obligations under the RSA).

The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • License Period means the period beginning from the Commencement Date and ending on the Termination Date.
