Block Trades definition

Block Trades means (A) block trades that exceed a number of shares valued at $100,000.
Block Trades means (A) block trades that exceed a number of shares valued at $50,000, if the VWAP of the Company’s Common Stock is greater than $0.10 for the five (5) Trading Days immediately preceding the Advance Notice Date, and shall mean (B) block trades that exceed the lesser of (i) 100,000 shares of Common Stock or (ii) a number of shares valued at $10,000, if the VWAP of the Company’s Common Stock is $0.10 or less for the five (5) Trading Days immediately preceding the Advance Notice Date.
Block Trades means block trades greater than 50,000 shares.

  • Block Trades and Permitted Package Transactions may also be transacted in this manner in accordance with Rules 411(d) and 411.A, respectively.

Block Trades means a Trade which is executed via a block trade facility, however described in the relevant Operating Rules;

Block Trades. You agree and acknowledge that we may place “block trades” when the trading orders of securities for multiple accounts that share the same order conditions (i.e., the type and the issue of the securities, whether to buy or sell the securities, the trade type and the execution price (including the price range) are the same). In these trades that we execute, we use the “average unit price,” which sets the average unit price as the trading unit price. In case of a partial execution (in which only a part of an order is executed) resulting from a block trade, allocation is made to each account in accordance with the allocation method set out in Schedule 7(b). We may also use the average unit price when placing multiple orders for the same securities on the same day for an individual Account.
Block Trades has the meaning set forth in Section 2.11 hereof.
