Price Range definition

Price Range has the meaning set forth in Section 1.6.2(a) of this Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Plan, no resolicitation of subscribers shall be required and subscribers shall not be permitted to modify or cancel their subscriptions unless the gross proceeds from the sale of the Conversion Stock issued in the Conversion and Reorganization are less than the minimum or more than 15% above the maximum of the Estimated Price Range set forth in the Prospectus.
