Donation means voluntary contributions in money or in kind (including goods or services etc.) to individuals or charitable entities (such as foundations, associations and other nonprofit organizations); universities and other schools; and other private or public legal entities or organizations etc. to advocate a philanthropic cause, serve the public interest and help achieve a social goal, without a consideration received in return.
Substance abuse means alcohol and/or drug abuse, addiction or dependency.
Child abuse means any conduct that falls under the purview and reporting requirements of N.J.S.A. 9:6-8.8 et seq. and is directed toward or against a child or student, regardless of the age of the child or student.
Marijuana wholesaler means a person who purchases marijuana items in this state for resale to a person other than a consumer.
Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) means a qualified person who evaluates employees who have violated a DOT drug and alcohol regulation and makes recommendations concerning education, treatment, follow-up testing, and aftercare.
Adult means a person 18 years of age or older.
Family abuse means any act involving violence, force, or threat that results in bodily injury or
Alcohol abuse means any pattern of pathological use of alcohol that causes impairment in social or occupational functioning, or that produces physiological dependency evidenced by physical tolerance or by physical symptoms when it is withdrawn.
Marijuana means all parts of the plants of the genus Cannabis, whether growing or not; the seeds thereof; the resin extracted from any part of the plant; and every compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture or preparation of the plant, its seeds or resin, including tetrahydrocannabinols. It does not include the mature stalks of the plant, fiber produced from the stalks, oil or cake made from the seeds of the plant, any other compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of the mature stalks (except the resin extracted therefrom), fiber, oil or cake or the sterilized seed of the plant which is incapable of germination.
Marijuana retailer means a person who sells marijuana items to a consumer in this state.
Food handler means a person employed in a food premise who at a time may be involved in the manufacturing or handling of food;
Chemical dependency professional means a person certified as a chemical dependency professional by the department of health under chapter 18.205 RCW.

Home Health Care Agency means an agency or organization which provides a program of home health care and which:
Retail marijuana means all parts of the plant of the genus cannabis whether growing or not, the seeds thereof, the resin extracted from any part of the plant, and every compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of the plant, its seeds, or its resin, including but not limited to Retail Marijuana Concentrate, that is cultivated, manufactured, distributed, or sold by a licensed Retail Marijuana Business. “Retail Marijuana” does not include industrial hemp, nor does it include fiber produced from stalks, oil, or cake made from the seeds of the plant, sterilized seed of the plant which is incapable of germination, or the weight of any other Ingredient combined with marijuana to prepare topical or oral administrations, food, drink, or other product. If the context requires, Retail Marijuana includes Retail Marijuana Concentrate and Retail Marijuana Product.
child care element of working tax credit means the element of working tax credit prescribed under section 12 of the Tax Credits Act 2002 (child care element).
Medical marijuana waste or "waste" means unused,
Child Caregiver means an individual providing basic childcare service needs for Your minor children under the age of 18 while You are on the Trip without the minor children. The arrangement of being the Child Caregiver while You are on the Trip must be made 30 or more days prior to the Scheduled Departure Date.
Donor means an individual whose body or part is the subject of an anatomical gift.
Participating Orthotic Provider means an Orthotic Provider who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Health care institution means any facility as defined in
Mental health facility means a mental health facility as defined by the Inpatient Mental Health Treatment of Children Act;
veterinary clinic means a building where animals are given medication or surgical treatment and are cared for during the time of such treatment for financial gain;
Medical home means a team approach to providing health care that originates in a primary care setting; fosters a partnership among the patient, the personal provider, other health care professionals, and where appropriate, the patient’s family; utilizes the partnership to access all medical and nonmedical health-related services needed by the patient and the patient’s family to achieve maximum health potential; maintains a centralized, comprehensive record of all health-related services to promote continuity of care; and has all of the characteristics specified in Iowa Code section 135.158.
Approved abuse education training program means a training program using a curriculum approved by the abuse education review panel of the department of public health or a training program offered by a hospital, a professional organization for physicians, or the department of human services, the department of education, an area education agency, a school district, the Iowa law enforcement academy, an Iowa college or university, or a similar state agency.
Home health agency means a public or private organization, or a subdivision of such an agency or organization, which meets all of the following requirements:
