B&M Note definition

B&M Note means that certain Promissory Note, dated as of March 28, 2023, between Stronghold Digital Mining Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and Xxxxx-Xxxxxxxxx Electric Co.
B&M Note means, that certain Subordinated Promissory Note dated as of March 28, 2023 made by the Borrower in favor of B&M in aggregate amount of $3,500,000.
