The U.S. Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent, for its own use and benefit, the fees agreed to between the Administrative Agent and the U.S. Borrower in the BMO Fee Letter, or as otherwise agreed to in writing between them.
The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent for the Administrative Agent’s account the fees set forth in the BMO Fee Letter (the “BMO Fee Letter”) dated November 20, 2003, by and between such parties, as and when the same are due and payable pursuant to the terms of such BMO Fee Letter.
