Board Diversity Policy definition

Board Diversity Policy means the policy on board diversity approved by the Board and in effect on the date of this Agreement, as it may be amended from time to time in accordance with Section 2.4.2;

Board Diversity Policy means the policy setting out the approach to diversity on the Board. “Company Secretary” means the company secretary of the Company.
