City Policies means any or all (as the context requires) of those procedures, standards and/or standard specifications, requirements, policies and the like listed in Schedule H or notified to the Supplier from time to time, as the same may be updated, modified, expanded, revised, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time by the City (as notified to the Supplier);
Procurement Policy Board or “PPB” shall mean the board established pursuant to Charter § 311 whose function is to establish comprehensive and consistent procurement policies and rules which have broad application throughout the City.
Group Policy /”policy” means the breakdown policy as set out in this document;
Health Board means a Health Board or Special Health Board established under section 2 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Xxx 0000;
Security Policy means the Authority’s Security Policy annexed to Schedule (Security Requirements and Plan) as updated from time to time.
Health insurance carrier or "carrier" means any entity subject to the insurance

R&W Policy means a representation and warranty insurance policy for the benefit of Buyer obtained in connection with this Agreement on the terms described on Schedule 1.01 of the Buyer Disclosure Schedule.
Medical Executive Committee or “MEC” means the Executive Committee of the Medical Staff.
Clawback Policy is defined in Section 14.
School board means the governing board of directors of the local school district.
Standards Board means the Professional Standards Board established pursuant to 14 Del.C. §1201.
Health insurance policy means a policy that provides specified benefits for hospital and/or general treatment and meets all requirements under section 63-10 of the Private Health Insurance Act 2007.
SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.
Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.
Medical Board means the North Carolina Medical Board.

Employee Assistance Program means an established program for employee assessment, counseling, and referral to an alcohol and drug rehabilitation program.
