Boards of Trustees definition

Boards of Trustees means the respective Boards of Trustees of the Funds.
Boards of Trustees means the Trustees from time to time serving under the Tocqueville Funds' Declarations of Trust, as applicable, as from time to time amended.
Boards of Trustees means the Boards of Trustees of the Teachers' and State Employees' Retirement System and the Local Governmental Employees' Retirement System, each acting in accordance with the provisions of G.S. 128-28(f1) and G.S. 135-6(e1).
